hi! I have a problem with my Denon Prime 4, because I’m can’t turn On my Prime 4! I don’t know what happened! Maybe I’m connected not original power cable. This is can be problem or not?
What happens if you press and hold the power button?
It is not a magic power cable, but standard IEC. If it where a power issue, it would be the chassis power part on the Prime4 side.
