# Trying to update firmware on MC6000MK2. Stuck on "File is not ready"

Hello, I’m trying to update firmware on MC6000MK2. I am using a MacBook Pro. The DDJ Updater has said “File is not ready” for over an hour now. Can anyone help me out?
