Hi,

Since today, my Numark Mixstream Pro Go cannot log in to Beatport anymore. Error message: “Beatport Login Failed – License update failed.”

At the same time, Apple Music is also not working on the unit.

Important details:

  • Beatport Streaming PRO subscription (active, works fine on beatport.com)
  • Login works instantly in Serato DJ Pro on the same computer/network
  • Wi-Fi connection is stable (also tested different networks)
  • Issue happens only in standalone Engine DJ mode

This suggests a licensing / authentication issue between Engine DJ and Beatport / Apple Music servers.

Is there a current outage or known issue? Any ETA or workaround?

I have a Mixstream Pro Go and am also experiencing the same issue of tracks not loading from my Apple Music. I’ve disconnected the account from my profile and reconnected but no fix, this is an unfortunate issue I can’t seem to find a fix for.

It works but only with Serato
