thanks I respected all the settings I own a prime 4 plus but it doesn’t work on 100 files only 4 I succeeded my computer is an asus k56cm latest update

Have a look around the forum about stems. Could be several things:

  • Reimport track information.
  • Mono files are unsupported.
  • Not all file bitrates or sampling frequencies are supported.
  • Use same e-mail address as your Engine profile, when purchasing stems add-on.
