I create stems on a macbook directly on the internal drive of the p4 but my macbook internal hd space drops a lot of gb filling other volumes how can I get rid of the files created on the macbook and keep only those ones on the internal drive of p4. any clue?

Stems doesn’t work that way. It wants to keep copies on your internal volume.

I ran some tests and you can create stems on a separate drive outside the laptop. My current problem is that when you sync next, the stems disappear from the external drive, as it is designed to do.

I’m still resting this workflow and hope that unchecking the drive cleanup button will work on the next sync.

Use something like DaisyDisk to free up the purgeable space.
