It seems they have only added the service to DJ software that works in line with a computer and not on any standalone devices.
Edit: if you look at recent news, they have been getting lots of bad press recently with artists pulling their music from the platform, make of it what you will.

Itâs super nice that I can listen to tracks and sort them. Create new crates. But Itâs not fully featured as Tidal. So for now itâs better to use a playlist conversation tool and keep using Tidal.

Itâs not just Serato either. Rekordbox and Djay also added it back in.
Atomix will probably add it back in soon too, Iâd imagine.

I think itâs only to be expected that standalone devices will take longer, as itâs a firmware change, not just a simple software update.

Yeah, Iâm happy with just having it in the desktop software since thereâs no STEMS, so itâs only for preview anyway. The sound quality is better at Tidal as well.
Itâs perfect if you have a prepping laptop with Spotify and a Gig laptop with Tidal/Beatsource. And maybe give more love to the Engine desktop app with USB-C for direct loading and control?

As much as I like VDJ from a software perspective they are definitely falling behind when it comes to streaming. They ignore all the threads asking for Apple music and they are also not on the initial release of the Spotify comeback.
Apple music works well on the Prime Go+ so Iâd rather have it as a feature there.

Who says it wonât be in a new hardware product soon? Or the plus units?
IMHO Denon isnât sleeping on this, Iâm sure theyâre 100% working on it in the background.
