Hello, i had my prime2 for 3 weeks, work perfectly. Today i was putting few new songs screen go black and all lights on console are on. Try to shut down with power botton nothing happend, then i unpluged power cable, wait few minutes and plug back in power cable, system goes up like normal, lights are start flashing but screen never lights up, all lights are on but not responding.
