Hi guys, I received my Prime 4 yesterday and updated the software to the latest version 5. However, I noticed that the right hand side has stopped allowing me to “scratch” - the left hand side is totally fine. Vinyl button was selected
I went back a version and installed version 4 and it works fine? I would be happy leaving it like this but version 4 doesn’t support soundcloud or beat port.
It appears to be an earthing type issue? I’ve posted YouTube video below
