# SC6000M bug?

Hi Guys,

Is this normal? I fear not. Any way to report it to the Denon / Engine team?

In summary, hold the platter still, press play and the song starts playing and then stops. The expected behavior would be not to play as I’m holding the platter still.

- swipe down into control centre

- motorized platter start - change it to “normal”
