Hi everyone,
I have had my sc live 4 for about 2 and a bit months and love it. Recently, when I try to turn it on however the screen sticks on the ‘engine dj’ 4.3.4 screen. After I press the power button the screen freezes on the Engine Dj screen and never loads. I have tried launching whilst holding browse + fwd +back and it shows the same screen but with a small arrow/chip image.wiuld connecting it to a computer help at this point, I’m stuck

This is your second topic about the same issue, but I see you’ve deleted your first topic.
Have you contacted Support : Engine DJ or the retailer in the meantime? Might be hardware related.
If in update mode, you could try to flash the firmware again from a computer using a USB cable.
I just bought my SC Live 4 this evening. Brought it home and started it up and like a fool I agreed for it to update over WiFi as the very first thing I did. After updating it restarted and got stuck somewhere in between the EngineDJ and WiFi set up screen and won’t do anything after that. I am planning on taking it back to GuitarCenter tomorrow but came on here to see if anyone else had the same issue.
