Saving hot cues/loops from Tidal

Hey there!

New here, so…hello! I just purchased my first SC6000 and it’s wonderful. I mainly stream from Tidal since I’m just a bedroom DJ. Unfortunately none of my hot cues/loops are saving to the SSD I installed underneath the player. The player DOES recognize the internal drive and I formatted the drive on my Mac. Any ideas on what could be going wrong? Or do hot cues and loops NOT save on the internal drive and just on a usb or something? Any help appreciated thank you!

When you start up a session, do you select the internal drive on both units before selecting Tidal?

No not at all. I feel like a bit of a noob, but I will definitely try simply selecting it before setting up Tidal and see if that’ll do the trick :slight_smile:
