Did you try to use the url from the login QR code Engine shows to login and put it on a NFC tag. NFC tag should just cost you more than $1 and you have it. For me I am absolutely fine just to use my cam and QR code to login. š

And NFC transmitter on a DJ device just seems like a waste of money, resource and real estate in my opinion. Unless they have other plans for it in future that we donāt know about.
Itās great for my modern phone wallet football ticket, but pretty pointless on a device thatās able to scan QR codes.

are you shure that the price is indicated in USD **($)**? Or is indicated in AUD?
The difference in the noted currency will cause a difference in rd. EUR 1.653,42.
I believe that there is a misunderstanding. I had a short look at the DENON P4+, and if the price is indicated in AUD it will be realistic to EUR.

From the instructions it appears thatās just an NFC tag. Maybe it is preprogrammed already and is as good as a cheap Ā£1 stick on tag?
There maybe no read/write option on it? The LED is just controlled like any other surface LED?

This NFC thing was mostly a pretext for AT to oversell a product $500 more than the previous model by integrating an NFC sensor that cost less than $1 to produce, and give fanboys the impression that theyāre living in the future.
What I love about AT is their line of defense, which consists of saying āTell us what you want and let us explain why itās useless because club DJs donāt careā to justify their technological backwardness.
As if club DJs cared about NFCā¦

Guys, youāre really missing the point. Itās not about an NFC, itās about a seamless way to ātemporarilyā login to your cloud account on a deck thatās provided at a festival. I really couldnāt care less if thatās done by a QR code or an NFC.

Itās mainly a way to push sales of their direct play cloud behind the scenes.
I can clearly see the brainstorming scene at AT during the design of the CDJ3000x.
_Product Manager:_ Well, what could we add to justify the price increase and the hardware upgrades by clubs and āfanboysā?
_Engineer 1:_ Could we add a dual-layer function?
_Product Manager:_ Absolutely not, it would cost us too much in components, and weād sell half as many players. And weād still be accused of copying Denon.
_C.M.:_ Customers are asking for stems.
_Product Manager:_ Weād have to add a processor three times more expensive; tell them that club DJs donāt care about stems.
_Marketing Manager:_ I know! We could add an NFC module; it only costs $1 and would allow us to boost sales of our direct play cloud subscriptions.
_Product Manager:_ Hmmm, yes, good idea, letās do thatā¦ but in that case, letās also add a Wi-Fi module, especially as cheap as possibleā¦ Does anyone have any other ideas?
_Engineer 2:_ We could make the screen slightly larger?
_Product Manager:_ Yes, okay, but it will cost us more. In that case, letās remove the SD card reader and remove as much printing as possible to offset the costs. The communications department will take care of the storytelling, explaining that this is to achieve a sleek, more premium design. And increase the final price by $500.

RGB? Yes, when you buy at least 4 decks, and activate a separate subscription on each of them - you get rainbow effect as a thank you for your paiment. DMX function is pre-pay per gig only - swipe your bank card to activate for tonight.
