Hi, Just got my new Prime 4. But my right jogwheel-screen is just white. No logo, no coverart. No loop info. Tried to reinstall the latest firmware without any luck. Has someone else experienced this? Im afraid its not a bug but the screen itself is broken.
Agreed. Go back to the reseller. Looks like a DOA.
