I have updated the firmware of my prime 4 to version 3.0.0 and when connecting it to the resolume arena program to synchronize videos, I get an error message. I get the message “Incompatible Denon SC5000 firmware version detected!” Has anyone else had this happen to you? do you know how to solve it? I bought this controller just to sync videos with resolume.

I can test it the next days with my sc6000 did not yet checked it after updating. You should write Resolume a email to report the problem. mail@resolume.com
I know they are not in sync with Denon. The supported the SC6000 way later than they came out. SC5000 where supported while the sc6000 where not.
I have also tried it with the chamsys magicq lighting program and they did not recognize it either. So I think the problem is with the os engine 3.0.0. I’ve downgraded to version 2.4 and it’s been perfect
