Prime 4, problems after long period of downtime

Hello there, First time after almost 3 years of using I‘m writing an issue report. I have the Denon Prime 4 controller, and it worked always perfectly, but it had a long period of downtime (like 6 months), It was kept in a case in an upright position. I turned it on yesterday and it doesn’t work.

  1. It took a very long time to turn on, it looked like there were no any lights on the controller. Only screens on decks were turned on.
  2. I had to restart the controller after few minutes.
  3. When it finally worked and was connected, I encountered the following issues:
  4. No sound output to both the master and headphones;
  5. Hot cues do not respond to clicks;
  6. Pitch also does not respond.

After that I made an update from 4.2 to the last version, but it also didn’t help.

Has someone these problems and can give me an advice?

What room was it kept in?

It was on the floor in my room, there was a little floor heating, but not hot.

and not much water of moist?

No-no, absolutely not possible.

Then yeah, it’s deff not moisture. In any case, nothing you can do other that take it to service center.

The same problem needs to be rebooted
