Prime 4 loss of sound from xlr outpout

My main right XLR output has become very quiet compared to the left output.

Did You checked Your master output panning?

Thanks for the welcome. How do I check my master output panning? The panning for each of the 4 decks is set to thru. Is that what you mean or is there another setting? Cheers.

PAN (left/right balance) There is no Master PAN on Prime 4???
