Playlists not showing up after Sync

i tried searching the forums and cannot find any solution. I did notice the the database as a tad different.

This is the main engine database folder: image

and this is the database folder of my SD card. image

is there a missing .db file/s on my SD card where the playlists are stored??

im running Engine v3.0.0 on Win 11
