For years, I’ve always worked with external hard drives, using the “drives” option in Engine DJ. And it’s always worked fine for me.
But this year, I want to work from the PC, so I can work more calmly and then when I go to the event, I can use a “sync manager,” which I think is how it should work.
I’m starting from scratch, and I add songs by dragging and dropping them and creating playlists. But in the meantime, when I have an event, I put in the external hard drive and work from it.
Then, when I unplug the external hard drive, I see that on the left side of Engine DJ, what I’ve worked on with the external hard drive is still there, and I don’t want it to do that. I’ll post a screenshot.
I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but I don’t like it doing this to me.
