Would be good to be able to download tracks to OFFLINE MODE from streaming services like Rekordbox does, because streaming services do allow a certain amount of tracks to go off line. For example Beatport Link offers up to 1000 tracks to go offline! It saves time waiting for tracks to load. DJs would be able to listen to tracks faster. If the hardware has a built in hard drive then this could be done.

A USB or SD card would still work for download. No HDD essential.
There’s already a feature request for this here https://community.enginedj.com/t/beatport-and-beatsource-link-full-integration-offline-locker-and-engine-prime-sync/31791 and here is also Denon DJs response stating it is going to arrive at some point.
There is plans but when I’m not sure.
