i had the same problem with iphone 11 and prime 4! after several attempts with the assistance they have not been able to solve the problem! the solution is to see if in the hotspot section of the iphone you have the switch that says maximize compatibility? my iphone 11 did not have it and I don’t understand why! then I bought an iphone 13 and in the hotspot section there is that switch! if i turn it off i can’t connect !!
