# Need Legacy Installer: Engine DJ v4.0.1 for macOS Monterey (MacBook 2012)

Hello Engine DJ Support Team / Community, I am currently using an older hardware setup and desperately need the official installer link for Engine DJ v4.0.1 for macOS. I am running macOS Monterey on a Mid-2012 MacBook, which means my hardware cannot support Engine DJ v4.1.0 or newer (it crashes immediately upon launch due to CPU instruction limitations on older models). I know that v4.0.1 is the last stable version that works perfectly with my current setup. Since the legacy download links have been removed from the main website for security reasons, could you please provide me with a secure or private official download link (InMusic CDN) for the Engine DJ v4.0.1 .dmg installer?
