Hi all
I getting my sc6000m coming this month end, and which i believe the default OS version in the unit is 2.0.0, i read in this forum that someone mentioned to do progressive update via usb, v2 - v3 - v4, well i couldn’t find any of the older OS to do progressive update, even on engine dj website is straight up to v4.2, ,any advise for updating progressively or i just go straight to v4.2 with s fresh new unit of sc6000m?
I’m picking up a pair of sc6000ms on the cheap but they are on an older OS. I haven’t confirmed which OS but my buddy who is selling them only used them with Serato. What is the best method when updating from 2.xx to the latest version? I normally update via WIFI but I know these players will have a big jump in updates.

Use major versions. 2.x to 3.x to 4.x. First ones via usb and later versions via OTA.

Scroll down from the top section to the big “What’s New”. Below it click on the link Engine OS, then you should see all the older versions. Click on the icons to download what you need. I hope that this help you.
