Does anyone have experience with fishing out/ reseating a button on the Prime 4. My menu/view button is pushed in and sunk below the chassis, completely unseated but I can still see it. Removing the faceplate does nothing but remove the labeling basically. Am I gonna have to pull the plastic shell off the back if I want to fix this myself? Seems extreme to have to send it in for a warranty fix for a tiny button. I have a month left at this spot where I can dj LOUD and will be losing that in March. I’d hate to have most of that time chewed up with it being in service. Thanks in advance for any help.
Don’t open - You will void your warranty. Only swap/service in this case. The plastic button needs to be replaced.
