Hi using mcx8000 In standalone I have a sound issue coming through fader start channel 1…,poor quality/distortion And can go high and low at any time…channel 2 is ok and I hooked laptop through Serato to 3,4 also working perfect…fairly new to the game checked speaker cables etc just seems to be a issue through that channel any feedback would be great thanks

Do you hear distortion on Ch 2 when used with Serato or only in standalone mode?
What about if you hook a line level input like a phone or tablet (if you have the connections)?
@JWiLL channel 2 is perfect through standalone and Serato was ok through 3,4 so it’s only channel 1 I have problems with If that makes sense
