For some reason when I plug up my newly purchased mc7000 to my laptop Serato does not connect to the controller. does not show both turntables.
also the lates firmware does not work with Catalina 10.15.6
has anyone else had a problem like this?
Is your version of serato older than the mc7000?
Are you using a relatively new version of Serato Pro ?. Anything from 2.0.5 or higher. Also are you using a Quality USB A to B cable ?. Cheapo ones wont work.
Im not sure about MAC’s, but in Windows you have to go into the Device Manager and ensure PowerSaving is turned off for the USB ports.
