Please, I would like to know if there is a way to save more than 8 cues in a track. I need to mark some tracks and 8 is not enough.
On the other hand, if I have a track in Traktor or Rekordbox with more than 8 cues and I import it into Engine DJ, will it import all of them?
No and no eight is maximum
With the main cue you already got 9 cues (8 hotcue + main) 
Then there is a workaround to use hot loops for another 8. Just set the loop in where you want the cue and the loop out at the end of the track. Then in User Profile → Cues/Loops set Saved Loop Behavior to Reloop. This way you have a total of 17 (1 main + 8 hot cue + 8 hot loops used as cue).
