Jogging track causes sync

Playing one track per layer on an SC6000 running 4.2.0. Sync off. Vinyl mode.

One track at 86bpm, one at 172. If I switch decks and nudge the track it halves/doubles the bpm to match the other.

Hey @trucks.wooden.head - We are looking into this issue. I have been un able to reproduce as of yet. Ive tried tracks at 85 / 170 BPM and attempted multiple times

Ive also tested with the tracks you are using but downloaded from TIDAL (they both indicated 85 BPM instead of one indicating 170)

Few questions:

  • Can you reproduce this with other tracks?
  • Have you ever a adjusted or doubed/halfed the BPM of the tracks in EDJ or in the Beat Grid Editor on the unit itself?
  • Could you send us a couple of the tracks you are seeing issues with?

I ended up factory resetting the players and the issue has stopped.

I wonder if there was some setting colliding with another somewhere? Thanks for looking into it… It is still worrying that it happened though!

I did not edit the BPMs in edj or on device. It did happen with other tracks. They came from a rekordbox stick
