On Engine DJ software (laptop) there’s no way to rearrange hot cues. It’s so annoying. You have to delete and start over at the right location and then do the same with the other one.
What the workflow should be: I make a hot cue → woops wrong spot → drag to another position → now it’s done 
Current Workflow: I make a hot cue → woops wrong spot → Oh I can’t just drag to another position → ok let me delete this one → Now to the new location → set hot cue → delete other one → go to the other position that isn’t marked anymore so pull it from memory then create hot cue → now it’s done
