Hello, I use a mixstream pro. Since the latest update it has began just restarting mid set randomly. I’ve seen others have had this issue too and are suggested to revert back to 4.3.4.
Can someone guide me through that procress please as i’m not having any luck with youtubes and such.

It just sits on computer update, Yet my computer can’t seem to find it and it doesn’t ackowledge the usb (stick or cable). Apologies

- Go to website
- Scroll down till you see Engine Desktop & Engine OS (Select Engine OS) only select Engine Desktop if you want to downgrade the Engine library management program on your PC (possibly recommend to match equipment firmware incase of further problems)
- Scroll down to the firmware of your choice then press Expand (recommend 4.2 or 4.3.4)
- download your chosen firmware (choose the usb symbol to download the usb file)
- Once downloaded copy file from your download folder on your PC to your your freshly formatted clean usb stick.
- Plug usb into your equipment (turn on equipment if you haven’t already done so)
- Go into your equipment settings & select update via usb (make sure wifi is off)
- The equipment should then read the firmware file from the usb & update (downgrade)
- Follow all on screen instructions accordingly
I reverted to 4.3 and still have audio drops random around 1 hr set time. Waveform still spinning just no audio
