But you still complain like 3 year old that doesn’t know what actually to complain about anymore.

I did read it, and instead of bashing the product, look first on all external factors.

In short:

Previous problems were most likely due to a library issue. Up until the latest library rebuild on your P4+.

So the library is nicely rebuild and reading your own conclusions, that bad power distribution seems to be it.

Keep on testing and let us know.

Why did you have to introduce @Skaratak into the conversation? (Or Lord Binhead for our UK neighbours)

Power issues do create various sorts of unit instability. @Samuel_Jamieon reported issues with his Rane System One which turned out to be power supply related.

> I have experienced a major issue twice in the past week at live events. The System One powered off approximately 4.5 hours into a DJ set last Sunday And did the same just over 3 hours into the set. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I was only searching the database for a track when it happend the CPU should not have been under any heavy load. I was connected to Tidal and also an External SSD (2tb SanDisk extreme).

Further down in the discussion @Samuel_Jamieon asked about a particular power strip and @Pasha offered some good advice.

I followed up by reading some articles and, even the APC units I relied on don’t seem to be good options. Perhaps, the AudioQuest PowerQuest 2 or Furman PL-8C solve ground contamination problems. They cost substantially more (around $300), but are on the lower end of the price range for power conditioners.

@djveleno unfortunately, it sounds like you were caught up in an extreme situation. I’m happy it didn’t cause damage to your gear.

Marking this thread as resolved due to dirty power use, stated in [Having issues with Prime4 G2 - #13 by djveleno](https://community.enginedj.com/t/having-issues-with-prime4-g2/70694/13)

@djveleno please raise a new thread if you see any further issues. Also feel free to dm directly.

Cheers. Happy mixing!
