Gain dead zone. Is it just me?

Anyone else having this problem? From off to about to almost to about 8 oclock position there is no sound. I hope an update can fix this.

Can you explain how does that “problem” affect your mixing?

Because, 8 oclock is the first position, as long as you can reach 0 db on the channel VU meter and gain isn’t all the way to the max (5 oclock) there is no problem.

how loud of music are you playing where your gain is anywhere close to that? I usually have mine at 10-12

CLEAN EARS, DIRTY EARS, YOUNG EARS, OLD EARS. Maybe just be but I have no issues with the x1800 sound
