If you’re having any bugs or issues after firmware update this might help you. I was having issues with cracks and pops when engaging both mic buttons including the talk over not engaging and ducking the music. My Prime 2 also showed UPDATE AVAILABLE when it in fact is updated to 1.5.2 I updated the Prime 2 again and it did not change the results so I re-downloaded the firmware update from Denon DJ to a new (different) flash drive formatted in exfat and this time it fixed the issues mentioned above. No more clicks or pops when engaging the mic buttons and the talk over feature works correctly. The unit now says next to the firmware version CHECK FOR UPDATE So using a different flash drive formatted to exfat corrected my problems. I hope this helps someone that may be experiencing any issues after firmware update.
