E aí quase xara! Kkkk.

Engine Sync — Changelog v1.1.0
Much Faster Synchronization Synchronization speed has been drastically improved. Users with large libraries reported waits of 15 to 30 minutes — this has been fixed. Library reading is now much more efficient, reducing the total time to seconds or a few minutes depending on the size of the collection. Additional performance improvements for older computers with low RAM, such as previous generation MacBooks.
Automatic Update Fix Fixed an issue that could prevent the app from correctly checking for new versions on some Macs.
New Report Window At the end of each synchronization, a new report window is displayed with a detailed summary of what was done: how many songs were added to the database and which playlists received updates — so you know exactly what changed in your collection.
New Feature — Debug Mode Added a “Debug Mode” option in the app’s footer, disabled by default. When activated, it generates a detailed log file at the end of the synchronization, automatically saved in the same folder as the application. This file can be sent to support to help identify problems more quickly.
The app seems interesting, but the fact that it’s only in Spanish is a drawback for me and probably for many other users.
Is multilingual support planned? At least support for English, which is the international language.
it is in English
Hi
trying on a big folder but the sync seems stuck on ‘analyzing folder structure’ …
no log file present
Actually it is in Portuguese and not Spanish ![]()
But yes, the app is designed for 3 languages, Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
The app will open in the default system language. In languages that it is not supported, by default it is in English ![]()
There will always be many variables, whether you are using an HDD, external HDD. Very large libraries and little RAM.
These scenarios are the ones that will be slow, because the code scans all the songs and then needs to inject everything into the database, the first time you run the app.
The code it reads the files and then injects into a database and this on the same external HDD/HDD as the library is on the same HDD. On SSD, this scan is much faster.
The v1.0.0 code he did 2 scans, 1 to read and another to inject into the database. This was very slow on external HDD/HDD. And on some SSD if your system had little RAM, since it allocated all the reading there.
The code has been refined to just 1 scan that already produces a cache containing all the information.
For those on Mac, the app will not notify the new version. So access and download the new version and test it.
Bingo!!! é isso aí, agora apareceu!!! Obrigado, vou testar e já vou passar o feedback pra galera aqui, todo mundo ansioso pelos resultados!!!
Guys, since I always tested the app with the entire music library already in Engine DJ (songs already analyzed in the main collection), I didn’t remember the initial delay. Yes, phase 1 really does take a while; here it took about 10 minutes on an external SSD. The delay is only the first time, when the app is injecting new songs into the Engine DJ database, just like when you do it from scratch and then Engine has to analyze everything! If you’ve already tested updating with new songs, you’ve certainly noticed that it’s in the blink of an eye!
Here, since I’m always testing, especially because I’m working on a new tool with many other options, I always delete the playlist - MY COLLECTION - that the app creates. But deleting only the playlist doesn’t remove the songs from the collection. That’s why I didn’t feel the delay that many here questioned at the beginning!
So that’s it. Version 1.1.0 is faster, and after you inject your entire music collection into Engine DJ, new music syncs in the blink of an eye!
Es compatible con Engine 1.6.1? Es dónde arreglo mi música antes de pasarla a la última versión.
It’s a very old version, I can’t tell you what changes were made to how the program saves the database.
You can take a test. Make a backup of the database first, and then run the app. I think it will work!
Great program. Similar to a program I had years ago that did the same thing called Alchimie Zinc : Alchimie Zinc Review - Serato DJ App File Manager
Added Denon Engine support way back then. Anything has to be better than the clunky Denon Engine software, (which has improved phenomenally ) .
Thanks! I’m finishing up my new app, which is packed with many more features.
I’ve been working on it for the past few months and testing it extensively to ensure the launch is as polished as possible—though, unlike the previous one, this version won’t be free. I’ve invested a huge amount of time into it, incorporating tools usually found only in paid software like Lexicon DJ. I used reverse engineering to enable the import of Cues and Loops from Serato, Rekordbox, Traktor, and VDJ!
I built a playlist creation tool featuring “Smart List”-style filters—but filters that actually work.
These include key-based filters (allowing you to select multiple keys) and harmonic filters for creating harmonically compatible playlists!
I’ll be launching it on Patreon with a one-time payment model. It will come with a 14-day trial so everyone can download and test it; if you like it, you can then subscribe to get the lifetime version for a very low price! I plan to release the final update for this app by the weekend, featuring improvements to the import process. You’ll no longer need to re-import track information when adding new tracks!
Agreed. I did the same for my own use. Finishing it up this week.
Good luck. Looks like we were moving in the same direction with all benefiting the community overall.
Engine Sync — Changelog v2.0 Final
Welcome to Engine Sync 2.0 Final!
This is the definitive version of the application.
Metadata is now complete! Engine Sync now extracts all metadata from new songs you’ve downloaded and sends it to the Engine DJ database, without the need to do a ‘Re-import track information’. • Album Artwork • Record Label • Track Comments (If any) • Original file creation date
Definitive Performance. The sync engine has received its latest refinements to ensure maximum stability and speed regardless of library size.
Thank you for using Engine Sync!
