Engine Prime not loading - Windows 10 / Dell XPS 13

Hi.

I posted the reply below in another thread, but I think it’s got lost & deserves a thread of its own. Has anybody experienced anything similar & can offer any advice?

I’m also experiencing similar problems. I’m normally a Mac user, but i’ve been experimenting with a Dell XPS13, as it has a 1Tb SSD (no need for an external hard drive). Engine Prime has been working fine, but now when I start it, it fails to open. …apart from opening as a small white square if I hover over the icon in the dock. If there’s a straight forward fix for this, can you explain it simply please. I’m a fairly confident Mac user, but Windows 10 is a bit of a new ballgame for me.

I can only say that I use a DELL XPS and the Engine Prime works very well, without problems even with the database.

I’ve re-installed windows. …that fixed it! :slight_smile:
