Engine dj not starting up

Engine dj not starting up. The loading screen stops around ¾ and then the taskmanager says: ‘Engine dj not responding’.

Already tried:

  • Uninstall,
  • Reinstall,
  • Repair,
  • Use database backups,
  • Removed files from local music folder,
  • Removed some Registry entries,
  • Reinstalled Microsoft VREDIST,
  • Did all windows updates
  • Tried also older versions of engine dj.

Without success.

If I switch to another user it works, but I need it on my own user working. Any idears?

@kradcliffe, just tried, but didn’t work. Even removed it totally.
