Does the physical track selection wheel and the surrounding buttons ever get stuck?

It’s happened to me several times, during a DJ set with a relative embarrassment, that the part of the Denon Prime 4+ console you see in the photo—the physical track selection wheel with the surrounding buttons—would completely freeze, preventing you from placing tracks in the various channels.

When this happened to me, pressing the wheel would turn on the light but nothing else would happen; the other buttons were as if they were dead.

And even using the touchscreen, swiping only brought up the “prepare” section, not the “load” section. It’s a nightmare when it happens. Has this ever happened to you?

If so, how did you resolve the issue without turning off the console and getting insulted?

Is there a quick way to resolve this situation without turning it off and on again?

in this matter I contacted the service and service is working on it.

I had a similar issue some times. Wifi disconnection helps.

Okay, I was so panicked I never tried turning off the Wi-Fi. If it worked for you, I’ll try it too, hoping it never happens again.
