I bought DJ Prime Go+ few months ago and after new update 4.3.3 the screen is less responsive with finger touch. It’s hard to select the source option on the screen, select the setting icon and switch off the power.
What should I do? I have tried to reset the firmware without any luck
You can roll back with the USB installer to an earlier firmware. Below are the links for them.

Thank you for your advice. I have rolled back to previous firmware and follow direction with USB installer. The result is still the same. I download and installed series 4.3.2 and 4.3.1 . The screen still lack of response on both firmware.
I complete the factory reset, but now the screen is stuck on Engine DJ logo for few hours. What other steps should i do? Any advice?
try getting 4.1.0 and rolling back to that, ive never done it but i believe you might have to use the computer install file to reload the firmware if its stuck on that screen.
How did you do the factory reset?
Someone else might have to chime in and help here as its not something i have much knowledge of.
Did you remove the screen protector?
