In the manual it shows how to connect the mixer to the sc5000M. How can I connect the mixer to serato dj? Thank You!
You need a separate Serato DJ Pro licence to use the X1800.
My issue here is the x1800 mixer has the usb in the front, I want to avoid using the usb, what are my options? Ds1?
Let me clarify, you want to connect to serato without using the USB ports (1 & 2).
To answer the question straight, yes use a DS1, Rane SL2,3 or 4.
The mixer wont get BPM and beatgrid values from serato with any of the serato boxes
Just curious, whats the reason for not wanting to use the USB ports on the mixer?
