Need (a lot) more information.

Are you perhaps using it as a controller with VirtualDJ? Unless you have a license, VDJ will disconnect from controllers after 10 minutes.

I don’t use any software, I only use usb with rekordbox playlist, with battery and without battery it suddenly turns off, I already installed the oldest firmware 1.6.2 and the most current 2.3.2 and it continues doing the same.

NOTE: When I play songs in playlist mode it doesn’t turn off, it stays on normally!
