Denon prime 4 plus - hot cue - sweep fx - performance pad

I would like to point out that I am a happy owner of a Denon Prime 4 Plus and a Numark Mixstream Pro+ Suggestion for possible changes to make the use of the “Denon prime 4 plus” more intuitive and simple for the dj

  1. to make the hot cues more intuitive, you should at least put the hot cue number in the track landscape. Only the color is not easy to see at a glance, especially during the day/light (aperitif on the beach, wedding, etc.)
  2. sweep fx: I would definitely more visible (especially during the day) if the selection buttons were white or red. The blue is quite dark and when selected it does not increase the intensity enough. It would be useful if the selected sweep fx flashed constantly when selecting and not only when rotating the knob.
  3. it would be useful to have a brighter color or white or red for the selection pad button with the ‘Hot Cue’ writing and also for the Loop, roll and slicer. The problem is more accentuated during the day because the color of the selected performance mode pad are almost not visible. You have to look at the screen to understand which performance mode is selected instead it would be more practical and quick to understand it directly by quickly looking at the pad.

I think these are useful modifications for everyone, both mobile DJs (day and night) and club DJs (in low-light environments). The more intuitive and easy to use on the fly, more fluid djset with less chance of error and fail. sorry for my poor English

Please don’t forget about the night people. Option to dimm it down would be preferable, as in the full black underground club, the led’s already are overwhelming.

Dimm the screen - but what about the LED’s on the device it self?

one solution could be to make the selected sweep fx text appear on the screen (in a suitable position and minimum size). But the Number in landcape for hotcue, it’s essential.

You know, you can number your hot cues or even name them from Engine Dj on your computer?
