Denon prime 2 freeze

My denon prime 2 freeze while playing music. (I use it as standalone withoun any laptop.)

While playing, all the pads and jogwheels is not respond, except the master volume and the microphone pads. The screen works perfectly. The music keeps playing until the song comes to end. Then i can load another song from the screen but i can’t do anything else.

Sometimes the freezing problem starts when i powered up the unit and sometimes i can play for hours whitout any ploblem.

any ideas what happening?

Could it be you are Wifi connected? If the Wifi connection drops I’ve seen this behaviour on the latest firmware.

Perhaps disabling wifi on the device and try it for a while?

i have already done this, also i have downgrade the firmware and the problem still remain.

Had same issues on version 4.2.0, no solution to this was found
