I have a denon prime with a fault, it turns on only the screen works on the mixer and the decks remain with the lights on and no command enters

I think it’s best to contact support as this particular hardware error cannot be resolved by members of the forum.
The only advice you could try, is retry a firmware update again.
If I’m not mistaken to get into update mode: Hold SHIFT+KEYSYNC+EJECT and power on.
Use USB updater via computer.
