Denon Prime 2 Discontinued?

I’ve noticed that several main suppliers confirmed that the Prime 2 was discontinued several months ago. This includes Thommans.

Whilst there is some old stock floating around, does anyone know whether the Prime 2 is being upgraded or what Denon are up to?

There’s a fair bit of social media coverage saying that while there’s a worldwide parts shortage. Prime 2 has been temporarily paused to allow all the common/shared parts to be used for prime 4 production.
