Please excuse me if this is the wrong place, I’ve called 10 or more phone numbers and emailed Denon, Inmusic, and whoever I can—

I am looking to order a safe power supply replacement for my Denon DJ MC7000, and I don’t know where to look or who to call. Where can I call to get one of these? I saw someone post in this forum a few years ago and they were directed to buy one but it was a UK Version, and I’m in the United States.

If anyone knows who I can call to order a new power supply, ideally a Denon DJ staff member sees this, but even if any of you have ever had the same issue and we’re able to get a replacement, any help will be so appreciated! I’m having to say not to having my controller at DJ opportunities and would love to get a new one as soon as I can, thank you!

The Denon official ones are made in China so nothing special. You just need to make sure the output voltage and pin diameter / polarity is the same.

Probably exactly the same as my MCX8000 one as below.
