# Denon DN-D4500 will not open either door

I just purched a used DJ System that encluded a Denon DN-D4500. I can not get either of the doors to open. Am I missing something? Any ideas?

Is the cable connected between the drawer unit and the control panel ?

Do the open close buttons on the drawer unit work but the open close buttons on the separate control panel don’t?
