Denon DJ Prime 4+: No Sound anymore

Hello, I have the Denon DJ Prime 4+ since yesterday. Device is currently being tested at home without much stress. During the test, the sound has suddenly failed and can no longer be activated. The main display remains empty. A crackling sound is only emitted on the headphones at full volume - nothing more. The LEDs next to the microphone will glow yellow.

I’ve already factory reset it - no change. What can this be?

which version update you r using on ur prime 4 +?

I’m using the latest version 4.01

reinstall the version 4.00 if u having probs with the 4.01
