I can’t import data from the drive because, in Sync Manager, I can’t select
“<- Sync to Engine DJ”.
As a result, I’m unable to import new hot cues, playlist history, and other data.

Have you by any chance just updated your Denon OS or and Desktop software?
Yes, I recently updated both the Denon OS and the desktop software. The issue started after the update.
Fortunately, I was only testing with a secondary drive for my YouTube video about Engine OS 5.0, not with my main drives.
It turns out that you first need to collect all the data from all the drives, and only then update all the software. Only then, sync the drives one by one, testing each step. The cover files are in a different location in the new database. They will update gradually. I think I understood correctly.
No, that’s not the case. The library was created from scratch on another computer with only a small number of tracks for the purpose of making the YouTube video.
The problem is that I can’t import the changes made on the drive back into Engine DJ. For example: hot cues, star ratings, history, etc.
When I open Sync Manager, “<- Sync to Engine DJ” is not selectable.
Try using the Disks tab. There’s a round arrow there that transfers data between points, etc.
