Bump in top panel of SC5000

Hello. I just noticed that my SC5000 has a bump on the right side of the top panel which looks very wrong and really frustrates me.

Does anyone know what could have caused this and what the quickest way to get rid of it is? Should I remove the top panel entirely and use a press or something similar to flatten it?

Hi,

looks like there are some scratches on the side panel as well. Maybe something hit it from the side? Best way would be to remove the front plate and straighten it up. Cant think of another way.
