When I turn the browse knob to move between songs it’s like pressing the knob. Try to load the selected song instead of moving between them. In other words, turning the browse knob is like pressing it. Does this happen to anyone else?
Has it just started doing this or is it something ongoing. Have you updated recently???. Is it on every track or only a few tracks
It happens with any element; folders, songs… The device (Prime Go) is new, newly purchased. It arrived at my house and first I updated the firmware… then testing, I realized this error
