Hi all, I’m using a Prime 4+ and when I initially drop tracks into the software on my laptop a lot of my tracks analyze with the incorrect BPM and the beatgrids are way out.
For example I imported a track which has a 140bpm (according to google) but when it analyzed in Engine software it was only showing 120bpm. Can anyone help Regards Sanjay
There’s a bpm range tick box in the options, make sure it’s set to your requirements.
Example… I mix D&B so my range is set upto 178 or something close to that, either way my tunes get detected anywhere from 165 - 176.
The same option on your prime 4 is also available on desktop.
Hi AndyC Thank you. I’ve so much to learn. I knew my Traktor Z2 inside out, so this is a whole new learning process.
As a precaution I would analyze twice, just incase the anything goes wrong with the initial analysis.
It’s something I’ve always done.
Analyze then re-analyze.
